Breakfast
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice

- Western omelette prepared with 2 eggs, 1 tbsp milk, 1/2 cup fresh vegetables your choice, 1 tbsp grated cheese (<20% M.F.)
- 1/2 cup roasted potatoes
- 1 orange
- 1 cup coffee or tea*
Morning Snack

Lunch
- Pea soup
- 1 slice Country Harvest Twelve Grain bread with 50 g salmon and 1 tsp calorie-reduced mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup raw vegetables
- 1/2 cup pear sauce with no sugar added
- 1 cup skim or 1% milk
Afternoon Snack
- 1 yogourt smoothie prepared with 3/4 cups yogourt, 1/2 cup frozen fruit, 1/4 cup orange juice
Dinner
- 1 1/2 cups penne with marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grilled vegetables (eggplant and zucchini)
- Fruit square
- 1 cup skim or 1% milk
- 1 cup water, coffee or tea
