Nutrition Made Easy Meal Ideas - Thursday

Breakfast

  • 1/2 mango

Dinner

  • 2 pork chops in apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup pureed carrots and turnip
  • 1 baked potato
  • 1/2 cup rice pudding
  • 1 cup water, coffee or tea
