Blue Pear Bagel

Ingredients

  • 1 half Country Harvest Twelve Grain bagel, toasted
  • 1/2 canned pear (1 pear wedge from a can)
  • 15 g (1/2 oz) blue cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) pine nuts, roasted

Directions

  1. Drain pear then slice into a fan shape.
  2. Top toasted bagel with blue cheese, garnish with pear slice and sprinkle with pine nuts.
  3. Broil in oven 30 seconds or so, until cheese melts slightly.

Makes 1 serving.
