Field Berry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Country Harvest Twelve Grain bread
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
  • 2 cups (500 mL) fresh or frozen field berries
  • 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt

Directions

  1. Cut bread slices into large croutons, pour honey over and mix well.
  2. Place on a baking sheet and cook in oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes or until croutons are golden brown.
  3. Let cool, then crumble into coarse breadcrumbs.
  4. In 4 sherbet glasses, place fruit, top with yogurt and garnish with honey breadcrumbs. Serve immediately.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
