  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 slice Country Harvest Flax bread, toasted
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 3/4 cup your choice of yogourt (< 2% M.F.)
  • 1 cup water, tea or coffee*
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup vegetable juice
  • 1 Country Harvest Twelve Grain bagel, toasted, with 3 oz tuna, 1 tsp calorie-reduced mayonnaise, tomato and alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 cup carrot and raisin salad
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 1 small low-fat raspberry bran muffin
  • 1 cup skim or 1% M.F. milk
  • Oriental stir-fry made from 1 cup your choice of vegetables (bok-choy, carrots, onions, zucchini, broccoli, snow peas, etc.), 1/2 cup firm tofu or 3 oz pork strips, seasoned with low-sodium soy sauce and fresh ginger
  • 1 slice Country Harvest Whole Wheat and Soy bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup mango sherbet
  • 1 cup water, tea or coffee*
