blue pear bagel

  • 1 half Country Harvest Twelve Grain bagel, toasted
  • 1/2 canned pear (1 pear wedge from a can)
  • 15 g (1/2 oz) blue cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) pine nuts, roasted

Drain pear then slice into a fan shape. Top toasted bagel with blue cheese, garnish with pear slice and sprinkle with pine nuts. Broil in oven 30 seconds or so, until cheese melts slightly.
