crispy spicy bagel chips

  • 1/8 tsp (1 mL) cumin
  • 1/8 tsp (1 mL) ground coriander
  • Pinch turmeric
  • Country Harvest Flax bagels
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil

In a bowl, mix together cumin, coriander and turmeric; set aside. Crosswise, slice each half-bagel into thin slices. Baste each bagel slice with a little olive oil and sprinkle with spice mix. Cut slices in two. Cook in oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Serve with a low fat spread such as eggplant dip or hummus.
