hummus veggie sandwich

  • 2 slices Country Harvest Seven Grain bread
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) hummus (spread)
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive tapénade (spread)
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, coarsely grated

Spread 1 slice of bread with hummus and the other with olive tapénade. Garnish hummus with cucumber slices and grated carrot. Put the bread slice with olive tapénade on top.
