on the go breakfast sandwich

  • 2 tbsp (25mL) Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices low fat ham or turkey slices
  • 8 thin slices tomato
  • 4 slices low fat Havarti or Meunster cheese
  • 2 Country Harvest Twelve Grain bagels

Spread mustard over each side of prepared bagels.
Top with slice of ham, then 2 tomato slices, then slice of cheese.
Broil in toaster oven or regular oven for 2 to 3 minutes.

Makes 4 bagel halves
