tzatziki roast beef sandwiches

  • 4 slices Country Harvest Seven Grain bread
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) fresh chives or green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) tzatziki sauce
  • 6 oz (175 g) rare roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced

Stir chives into tzatziki; spread over 2 slices of bread. Divide roast beef between the 2 slices; top with cherry tomatoes then cover with remaining slices of bread.
